GuitarPort registered to someone else

I purchased a used GuitarPort on eBay, but it is currently registered to someone else.

The eBay seller was a pawn shop and they are trying to contact the previous owner, but might not be successful (it's been a week without success).

I'm in a bind - I can return the item, but will lose return shipping (which is expensive these days) for something that does work.

Can you help?

Here's the link to the eBay auction

I paid with PayPal and there was no official receipt in from the seller.

Thanks!

Ron
