Having Trouble Getting into my Account

Hi,

I can't remember the details of my line 6 account (Just created this account to get in touch).

The password recovery recognises my email but I’m not receiving the details.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Nothing was in the spam / junk folders so i have no idea why the emails weren't getting to me.
