new amp won't work

Hey,

I just bought a new Spider IV 75 watt amp today. When I got home and plugged in nothing worked. Power was on, the screen lit up, but none of the knobs worked and no sound came out. I had the mastervolume all the way up and my guitar volume all the way up, I turned it on and off and reset factory settings, nothing seems to work.

You marked this thread as a question, but you didn't ask any questions. If you're asking for advice, my advice is to return the amp and get a different one.
