for a cubase manual you should ask the manufacturer of cubase.

for your UX1, there's no actual manual.  the manual is for gearbox or POD Farm and within that manual it talks about the UX1.  so gere: http://line6.com/support/manuals/ and select toneport in the list.

then i think there's a manual for POD Farm which you can use with your toneport for free (the standalone version that replaces gearbox editor that is)
