My account shows as active on web, but Gearbox says account inactvive

if i go to my account online through the browser, my account shows as active.  however, gearbox (for my guitar port) says the account is inactive and won't let me download or play tracks.   80007106 Subscription no longer active.

 

This seems to happen periodlically. Since i don't have a lot of time to play.  The inability to use the service when I DO have the time available renders the device and subscrption useless and frustrating...

 

Please help!

Hello,

 

  Please launch Gearbox and click on the GuitarPort Online button to establish a connection to GPO. Once you have done this, please try playing or downloading a track and let me know if you have any further problems. Thanks.
