Mail-In Rebate Conditions:

• ‘Mail-In Rebate Eligible Products’ include the Instant Rebate Eligible Products plus the POD HD500 and POD HD Pro only.
• ‘Mail-In Rebate’ is $150.00 (limit 1 rebate submission per sales receipt, mailing address, household, family, group or individual). There are two ways to qualify for the Mail-In Rebate.  Qualifications are outlined under “Instructions for Mail-In Rebate’ form, available for download above.
• Rebates will be issued via PayPal.
  • Rebates to U.S. addresses will be issued in U.S. dollars.
  • Rebates to Canadian addresses will be issued in Canadian dollars
  • You will receive an email from PayPal and access to the rebate funds within 6 to 8 weeks from the date Line 6 receives your mailed in confirmation screen print out. 
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click on the link provided in the PayPal email and follow the instructions to claim your funds. It is simple and free!
  • You will have 30 days to claim your rebate. If you do not claim your rebate within 30 days it will be cancelled and the funds returned to the Sponsor as unclaimed.

• Line 6 is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected mail, or receipts.

• All submitted materials become Line 6’s property and will not be returned.
• Mail-in Rebate forms must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2013.
• Illegible or incomplete rebate forms will not be processed. 
• Please make copies of all rebate forms and accompanying documentation before mailing.
• Receipt of multiple rebate submissions voids all claims.
