Ride for the Roses

   

The Lance Armstrong Foundation played host to the annual Ride for the Roses Weekend October 24-26 in Austin, Texas. It is one of the most popular events in the world of cycling, last year having raised $2.7 Million for the foundation's cancer survivorship and grant programs. The three-day event features various health conferences, celebrity speakers, and of course live music. Guitarist Michael Ward (Wallflowers, Stripsearch), was there with his PODxt at his side. "This year, I said, 'Screw the amp hassles! I'm going POD," raves an exhausted Mr. Ward, pictured at left riding with the champ himself. Line 6 is proud to be associated with such a great cause.
