TERMS OF SALEPricing: Prices offered on the Line6.com Store are in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales tax if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales and use taxes that may apply to your order. Prices and configurations advertised are subject to change without notice or obligation prior to acceptance of your order.
Accepted Payments: Line6.com Store and its fulfillment partners accept credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards with logos from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PayPal and checks are not accepted.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all physical goods purchased from the Line6.com Store are transferred to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, etc.).
Product descriptions — Line 6 attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Line 6 does not warrant that product descriptions or other content o this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Line 6 itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Types of Orders: There are 3 types of purchases you may purchase from the Line6.com Store:
(2) An "iLok License Order" is a purchase of one or more software-only products in a single transaction deliverable by Internet download that requires deposit of an iLok License into an iLok hardware device to authenticate the software. For example, POD Farm for iLok, POD Farm Platinum for iLok, POD Farm Platinum Upgrade for iLok. You will receive one iLok Deposit License per product. There is no "key" to copy and paste; you can manage iLok deposits on the iLok Deposits page.
(3) A "Physical Order" is a purchase of one or more Line 6 accessories or boxed software products in a single transaction deliverable by our fulfillment partner to your shipping address. For example, Propellerhead Upgrade DVD, Amp Covers, etc. Processing of a Physical Order typically takes 2 to 5 business days, and Line 6 will not charge your credit card until a Physical Order has been processed.
Combined Purchases: Products using the same license activation method and delivery method can be combined in the same transaction. For example, two Line 6 License Orders may be purchased in the same transaction. However, a Line 6 License Order and an iLok License Order must be purchase separately. They can not be purchased in the same transaction. This also applies to Third Party Products.
GuitarPort Online: GuitarPort Online subscriptions no longer require a license key. Instead, simply sign up for a subscription. GuitarPort Online subscriptions are subject to the Subscriber Terms of Service Agreement.
Line 6 will gladly provide a full refund of any Line 6 License Order within thirty (30) days of the order date. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued. All products in a single Line 6 License Order transaction must be returned together. A refund for less than the full order amount cannot be issued. To begin a return, you must provide the Line 6 License Key (from your order confirmation email) here. To complete the return of a Line 6 License Order that has been activated in your Line 6 hardware, you must also deactivate the Line 6 License using the free software utility (Line 6 Monkey).
Return of iLok License Order
Line 6 cannot accept returns of any iLok License Order, because the iLok Licenses are managed by a 3rd party (iLok). Line 6 may issue a refund at our discretion in exceptional cases if Line 6 Support can verify that the iLok License has not been deposited to an iLok hardware device or transferred to another iLok user.
Return of Physical Order
Line 6 will gladly provide a refund of any Physical Order of unopened boxed software or Line 6 accessories. To begin the return of a Physical Order contact Line 6 Support (818) 575-3600 to obtain an RMA and return shipping address within 30 days of the order date. To complete the return of a shipped order and receive a refund, you must return the product to our fulfillment partner within 45 days of the RMA date. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Examine the products upon receipt. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Line 6 within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Return of Third Party Products
Line 6 cannot allow returns of downloaded files of third party products that do not utilize a Line 6 License Key. For these products only, all sales are FINAL.
You can easily transfer a Line 6 License that is activated in your Line 6 hardware to any other compatible Line 6 hardware using the free software utility (Line 6 Monkey) and following the directions on the transfer help page. All products purchased together with a single Line 6 License Order must be moved together (you cannot "split out" and transfer only some of the products associated with a Line 6 License). Factory installed features in your Line 6 hardware are not affected by a Line 6 License transfer and cannot be transferred out of the original Line 6 hardware. A Line 6 License may be transferred at any time, but you will need access to your Line 6 hardware to complete the transfer of a Line 6 License. If transferred during the 30-day return period, it will not affect the return period.
Move and Transfer of iLok License
You can move a deposited iLok License Order between iLok devices that are registered in your iLok.com user account by visiting the iLok.com website. You can also transfer an iLok License from your iLok.com user account to another iLok.com user account for a nominal fee by visiting iLok.com.
